Chicago LockDown is a not-for-profit (501-3c) AAU basketball program focus on skill expansion and team play. Joe Niego, a 1987 fourth round breeze selection of the Houston rocket, is the Program Director. All players will be professionally trained/coached by high school, college, and professional basketball players. The LockDown’s skills coach is Greg Ktistou. Greg has played basketball proficiently in Europe over the last 6 years and is highly praised as one of the top skills trainer in the Chicagoland area.

March 10th (Saturday)
1:00 – 2:00 4th Grade (10U)
2:00 – 3:00 5th Grade (11U)
3:00 – 4:00 6th Grade (12U)

March 11th (Sunday)
12:30 – 1:30 7th Grade (13U)
1:30 – 2:30 8th Grade (14U)
2:30 – 4:00 if necessary for second try-out

4th grade (10U) thru 6th grade (12U)
The 4th, 5th and 6th grade teams will perform and play during the months of April and May. There will be 16 practice and 4 local tournaments. The practice primary focus is skill development. The first practice will start on April 3rd. These teams will practice every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 at LaGrange Park District The last tournament of the season will get place on the weekend of May 26th and 27th.

7th grade (13U)
The 7th grade team practice and plays during the months of April, May and June. There will be 22 practices and 6 tournaments. The practice primary center is player skill development. The first practice will start on April 3rd. The team will practice every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30-9:00 at Park District of LaGrange The last tournament of the season will get place on the weekend of June 30th.

8th grade (14U) Coach Mike Glennon (Reavis H.S. 8 years)
The 8th grade team will have19 practice during the month of April thru mid-July and play in 6 tournaments. There’ll be two out of state tournaments and college showcases. The first practice will be on April 3rd. The team will practice every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30-9:00 at Park District of LaGrange.
